Shipping, Returns and Exchanges
- Standard Shipping - Please allow 3 - 6 business days for delivery.
- Priority Mail - Please allow 2 - 4 business days for delivery.
- Priority Express - Please allow 1 - 2 business days for delivery.
- Free Standard Shipping is available for all orders above $40 (after any discount has been applied).
- All orders come with free tracking via email.
- All orders are packed on the current day and shipped out the next day.
- We currently ship only to the USA and Canada.
- No shipping on Sundays or Holidays.
Free returns/exchanges on all products that are returned within 30 days.

- If I place my order today, when will I receive it? - If you place an order right now (this is your cue!), we will pack and ship your order out by the next business day. If an order is placed over the weekend, we will pack the order but the package will not be picked up until the next business day. The time it takes to receive your package will depend on where you live and which shipping option you choose. Refer above to Shipping Time.
- Do you ship internationally? - Yes, only to Canada currently.
- Do orders come with tracking? - Yes, all orders come with free tracking.
- Tracking says the item has been delivered, but I didn't get it? - Please allow an extra day or two for the post office to try to re-deliver your package. If you still haven't gotten your package, please contact your local Post Office. In most cases, the package has been found and is awaiting pickup from your local Post Office.
- Who does your shipping? - USPS (United States Postal Office).
- Do I have to pay a fee for returns or exchanges? - Nope! All returns and exchanges are free and must be done within 30 days of purchase.
