We accept all major credit and debit cards, such as Visa, MasterCard, AmericanExpress, and DISCOVER. We also accept Apple Pay and Google Pay. We also allow installment payments if you're trying to go all out. We currently don't accept checks, I.O.Us, blood, sweat, tears or beer (the last one might be acceptable soon though - stayed tuned).

1. Billing zip code doesn't match the billing address zip code on file for the card. 

Example: If you lived in an apartment and applied for the card with that address. Then moved and the mailing address is in a different zip code; if you try to process a payment with your new zip code, the payment might fail. Because the zip code on your card is linked to the zip code you registered the card for (your previous zip code) not your current address. 

Possible Resolution: Either use the information (zip code) from your previous address or update your card with your banking institution with your new information (zip code).

2. Contact your bank

It could be for various reasons, the best way to resolve the issue is to contact your bank.

All our products are made up of mostly cotton and polyester. The material is listed specifically on each product page.
