Shipping/Returns
PRIORITY SHIPPING: 2 - 4 Business Days from ship date.
STANDARD SHIPPING: 3 - 5 Business Days from ship date. (Free on orders over $75+)
ORDER FUFILLMENT: Usually 24 - 48 hours after order is placed, we will pack and send it out.
Shipping date time frames above estimates from the moment you place your order to when it arrives to your door.

- Return policy: Merchandise must be returned within 30 days for a partial or full refund of the purchase price.
- Return Shipping Fee:Â A $5 flat rate fee will be charged for return shipping. The prepaid label will be provided by us for your convenience.Â
- Sale/Clearance:Â Items are not eligible for refund as they are considered final sale.
- Dress Shirts:Â Must be returned with all original tags and packaging materials intact. Otherwise subject to a $10 restocking fee if the condition is deemed to be used.
- International Orders:Â Customer is required to pay for and provide their own return shipping label. Please reach out to us first for authorization and for the return shipping address.
We ship from the east coast of US (Florida).
That [usually] means orders closer to the east coast (specifically Florida) will arrive faster than orders on the west coast, but all orders will still be delivered in within 3 - 5 business days (with no shipping delays).
Orders
The most common issues we see are:
1. Different email has been used for the order, especially if Apple Pay (or something similiar) has been used.
2. The order confirmation went to your junk/spam folder.
3. Billing zip code doesn't match the billing address zip code on file for the card.Â
Example: If you lived in an apartment and applied for the card with that address. Then moved and the mailing address is in a different zip code; if you try to process a payment with your new zip code, the payment might fail. Because the zip code on your card is linked to the zip code you registered the card for (your previous zip code) not your current address.Â
Possible Resolution: Either use the information (zip code) from your previous address or update your card with your banking institution with your new information (zip code).
We accept all major credit and debit cards, such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and DISCOVER.
We also accept PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We also allow installment payments if you're trying to go all out.
We currently don't accept checks, I.O.Us, blood, sweat, tears or beer (the last one might be acceptable soon though - stayed tuned).
We usually restock products within 1-2 months from being sold out.
