1. Do my points ever expire?
Not once.
Not ever.
No way.
2. Is there a limit on how many points i can earn?
Its limitless. Though there are limits on how many points you can earn for specific actions like following us on Instagram or liking our Facebook page.
3. How do I spend/redeem points?
1. Simply log in to your customer account and open the rewards launcher on the bottom left side of your browser.
2. Under the "Rewards" section of the launcher you can click "Redeem" to claim your reward and retrieve your custom discount code.
3. Apply the discount code at checkout and save some green. Only one code can be applied to an order.
4. How much does it cost to join?
Your first born child's naming rights, just kidding, its free, duh; why would we charge for rewards....
5. What's the best way to earn points?
Leave a picture or video review! You get extra points for sharing your photos or videos and the best part is its UNLIMITED! Leave as many reviews as you can for products you already purchased and stack those points.
6. What if i am missing rewards points i should have earned?
Shoot us an email support@artofthegent.com. We will take care of it for you.
7. What if i already have an account?
Awesome! All you have to do is login, either through the rewards launcher on the bottom left of the screen or the Login button in the top menu bar. Not sure if you have an account or not? You can always try the helpful forgot password link from the login page to find out if your email has an associated account.
