Free Standard Shipping is available for all U.S. orders above $75 (after any discount has been applied).

We currently ship only to the USA (and all U.S territories), Canada, South Korea, and Norway.
No shipping on Sundays or Holidays.

Shipping rates and estimated arrival times can be seen during checkout. Customs Duties and Taxes will be charged in addition to the shipping fees and will need to be paid during delivery to your local authorities if applicable.

Free returns/exchanges on all products that are returned within 30 days EXCEPT for:
- Can I return/exchange clearance items?- Yes you can, these returns would be subject to a $5 restocking fee per order.
- Could a partial return negate the original free shipping over $75?- Yes. If the after return order value is under the free shipping threshold this order would be subject to a charge for the original order shipping amount. Return shipping labels are still free with our guarantee.
- What about International orders- Customer would be responisble for paying the return shipping price.

If I place my order today, when will I receive it? - If you place an order right now (this is your cue!), we will pack and ship your order out by the next business day. If an order is placed over the weekend, we will pack the order but the package will not be picked up until the next business day. The time it takes to receive your package will depend on where you live and which shipping option you choose. Refer above to Shipping - Expected Time.

Do you ship internationally? -Yes, only to Canada, South Korea, and Norway currently.

Tracking says the item has been delivered, but I didn't get it? - Please allow an extra day or two for the post office to try to re-deliver your package. If you still haven't gotten your package, please contact your local Post Office. In most cases, the package has been found and is awaiting pickup from your local Post Office.

Do I have to pay a fee for returns or exchanges? - Nope! All returns and exchanges are free and must be done within 30 days of purchase EXCEPT for specific cases listed above in the Returns/Exchanges section.
